The Denver Law Group is rapidly expanding and in need of a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will show a commitment to excellence and display a genuine interest in helping our team to reach their fullest potential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage programs for employee orientation, onboarding, training, and development
  • Create, update and enforce employment policies and procedures
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure compliance with legal standards
  • Develop and lead programs focused on employee engagement, cultural initiatives, and performance management
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Monitor employee attendance and compliance with company policies
  • Serve as a resource for employees on benefits and other issues
  • Develop and manage the organization’s staffing budget
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws

Work Hours and Benefits:

This position is full-time and will require occasional evening and weekend work. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation and holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws, employment practices, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Training and Education:

Prior experience with HR software, such as Applicant Tracking Systems, is preferred. Candidates with professional HR certifications, such as PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP, will be given preference.
