Duties and Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for supporting clients, including providing market research and identifying potential properties that meet their needs. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, initiating and responding to sales inquiries, and ensuring that each client’s needs are met in a professional and timely manner. Additional duties and responsibilities may include attending to property viewings, preparing and reviewing real estate contracts, negotiating offers and sales, and managing all real estate transactions.
Work Hours and Benefits:

Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in real estate or related field
- Knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and laws

- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent customer service skills
Training and Education:
Applicants should have a college degree in real estate, business, or a related field and must hold a valid real estate license. In addition, applicants must be knowledgeable about real estate processes and procedures, including appraisals, financing, and contract preparation.
