They monitor the performance of employees to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded; identify and resolve problems within processes; communicate with warehouses to obtain updated information on inventory levels and product availability; work with warehouse supervisors to create warehouse reports; oversee emergency cleanup/recovery actions.
