Job Description

Working as a Sales Administrator in Victoria, BC

There are 16 Sales Administrator opportunities available in Victoria, BC all with unique requirements.

A Sales Administrator translates their front-line team's sales forecasts into actual forecast numbers and tracks these numbers every month. This allows the Sales Director to have up-to-date numbers and know exactly what is going on in the territory in terms of sales via trend analysis reports, Territory reviews, etc. They are ultimately responsible for making sure that all the numbers that come in on time are posted. A Sales Administrator is also responsible for performing a wide range of administrative functions including, but not limited to, scheduling appointments with clients and candidates, sending email correspondence between recruiters and clients/candidates, facilitating communication by maintaining candidate and client records, filing reports, and also answering phones. This role most often works within a marketing or sales department, honing their skills in administration and communications while interacting with many different people every day.
