Some duties can include purchasing and maintaining resources for cleaning such as toilet paper, soap, and furnace filters, hiring and overseeing staff members that clean the building during the day and at night, drafting plans for installing new computers into work stations located in the building, drafting plans for providing new technology to employees working in the building if this technology is needed, and coordinating general maintenance procedures for all areas of the building.
